• Online counseling sessions are delivered via Zoom. Links will be sent to your registered

• email.

• Any digital materials (eBooks, guides, etc.) will be emailed or mailed to you.

Refund Policy
Counseling Sessions:

• Cancellations: Sessions canceled at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full

• refund or rescheduling at no additional charge.

• No-Show Policy: If you miss a session without prior notice, it will be considered a no-- show and is non-refundable.

Digital Products:

• If you experience technical issues with a digital product, please get in touch with us for support or a replacement.
